Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court records, while sealed files, juvenile matters, adoption records, restricted criminal-history information, and certain probate or mental-health matters have access limits. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Pulaski County, the Clerk of Superior Court handles Superior Court and Juvenile Court records, including felony, divorce, civil, real estate, UCC, lien, plat, notary, jury, and Board of Equalization services. Probate Court handles estates, wills, guardianship-related matters, marriage licenses, weapons carry licenses, and some traffic functions. Magistrate Court and Hawkinsville Municipal Court keep their own lower-court records, and the Sheriff manages jail and law-enforcement channels.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
